train station friendly staff
the hotel's proximity to the central train station was convenient. i found it easy to take day trips to destinations such as nuremberg and neuschwanstein castle, the staff was very friendly. i also appreciated the availability of complimentary coffee, tea, and hot water near the reception area, perfect for a quick refreshment.
i booked the design suite through chase, i was given a double room instead. the room looks nothing like the photos and is much smaller. the room did not correspond to the photos.

the breakfast had excellent variety (i really enjoyed the cheese selection!). the staff were really friendly and remembered me from my last visit. it felt so cute!
my room overlooked a building site, it got a bit noisy in the mornings.

efficient reception complimentary coffee convenient location
the reception was efficient. the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was useful. i appreciated the proximity to the central train station. the room had a safe, great for storing valuables. the decor in room was super clean and cozy.
the street outside was noisy if windows were open, made sleeping difficult.

the room included a large bed and a mini fridge. a leather couch converted into a single bed. the bathroom features towel warming bars. a work desk was also in the room.

the hotel is a short walk from the main train station. this made transport very easy. some middle east restaurants are in the area. a metro ride will get you to tourist spots.
